So you've got an Apple or Android store subscription, but here you are, wondering what this whole "switching" thing is all about - we've got you covered!
Whilst we will continue to offer billing via both the iOS App Store and Google Play Store, some of our users find it easier and more beneficial to manage their billing directly with us.
Switching to a credit or debit card subscription directly with Chalkboard means you can manage your own subscription billing, your way.

Once you've cancelled your app store sub following the steps above, click here to switch - it's as easy as that and we will confirm the switch via email shortly after.
No, billing remains monthly in arrears, so you always pay for the month ahead just like your current app store subscription.

You can switch from app store to direct billing at any point of the month, we simply charge you for the full month and then credit back the remaining time left on your app store subscription on your next renewal invoice - we make this clear to you during the switching process.
We don't offer a switch-back service, so you'll need to be sure you're happy to be billed directly before you make the decision to migrate to direct billing.
